EMOTIONAL SUPPORT

I had my first virtual Yoga Coaching session with Kalea this past weekend. I was going through a LOT emotionally. She created one of the most beautiful flows for our session, complete with inspirational mantras and grounding lessons of the poses we did together. It was everything I needed and more. I felt like weightless after class and as all of my emotions got to melt away during our session. I was brought back into my body, in the present, despite the chaos I was experiencing emotionally.
