Throughout my 15+ years of yoga practice, yoga has taught me to live my life as a moving meditation. I approach my life through the mat - the sacred space where ruminations quiet, conscious breath is activated and I am met with the present moment.

I received my RYT 200 through CorePower Yoga and co-led 50 individuals in receiving their RYT 200 in 2022. I am certified in vinyasa/power, yin/restore and yoga sculpt/weights in order to connect deeper to my practice and embody the experiences that enable me to see things objectively and receive the benefits of mindfulness and strength building on and off the mat.

Yoga grants me the permission to anchor my breath to the present moment - the only real time. Yoga offers me the gift of flow - full engagement on the mat where I am physically and energetically stretched and expanded to receive life’s experiences.

Yoga has opened my eyes to portals within that have withstood many of life’s hardships throughout job departures, relationship endings, and passing of loved ones.

Yoga teaches me to reintegrate difficult experiences in hopes of creating a safe place within that I can continually come home to regardless of external stimuli.

My greatest power resides within, I am my own safe haven.
